Anxiety Relief Meditation Utilizing Ho’oponopono

Relieve anxiety with this gentle, guided meditation. Enjoy soothing music and a loving, compassionate voice guiding you through deep relaxation and transformation. Not only leaving you feeling calm, relaxed and at peace, but also offering the opportunity for profound healing of that which has been the cause of your anxiety.

As you cleanse and purify the memories of the past through the sounding of the Ho’oponopono mantra, you are able to liberate yourself from those fears and beliefs that have been the cause of your anxiety, and then immerse yourself completely within that wellspring of love that is deep within your heart, allowing you to experience complete love and acceptance for all that you are.

The Ho’oponopono Mantra: “I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you.”

One of the common suggestions for anxiety relief is to work with deep breathing, and when you bring Ho’oponopono together with deep breathing it amplifies the whole process of relieving anxiety. In this meditation we incorporate an interval breathing technique with the sounding of the Ho’oponopono mantra, an outline of this Interval Breathing Technique is included below.

Utilizing Interval Breathing with the Ho’oponopono Mantra

Take a deep breath in as you say the words, “I’m sorry”, feeling the energy of “I’m sorry” penetrate deep within every part of the being as you hold the breath for a moment, and then breathing out, a big exhale as we say, “Please forgive me.” Expressing forgiveness for all that you have been holding onto, all of your fears and anxieties. Releasing, relaxing, and letting go. And then again breathing in, “I love you.” The energy of “I love you” penetrating deep into the core of your being, flooding the whole of your being with love, and then breathing out, “Thank you.” Expressing gratitude for all that you are and every breath you take. Gratitude for every part of you. Continue with this breathing technique for several rounds, each time moving deeper and deeper into the essence of who you truly are. Your radiant loving self. A powerful and profound way to relieve anxiety.
