Meditation before sleep is recommended for individuals suffering from insomnia as it relaxes both the body and mind while preparing you for sleep. If at the end of the sleep meditation you are not quite ready for sleep, we encourage you to listen to the meditation again. If you suffer from insomnia, it may take a few weeks before you realize the full benefits of sleep meditation. Persistence is the key because the body is always receiving messages from both our conscious and unconscious mind. Doing a sleep meditation reinforces your desire to have healthy sleep routines.
