Best Time to Meditate

Best Time to Meditate?

The best time to meditate is a time that you can commit to on a daily basis.

When is the best time to meditate? To get the most benefit from meditation it’s best to make it a regular daily practice. Most people prefer the morning before the day has gotten underway with all the typical daily concerns, activities and demands. However, that may not work for you. So, the best meditation time is really the one that you can commit to on a regular basis.

Of course, if you miss your regular time, you can make it up later in the day if possible. The purpose of the practice is to uplift you, not to become another reason to judge or criticize yourself. This is a good example of why the “Middle Way” makes so much sense, avoiding the extremes of “always” and “never”.
