Conversations That Heal is a series of regular online gatherings created to support emotional wellbeing, personal insight, and quiet inner transformation.

In a world that often feels overwhelming, many are searching for something more — more meaning, more peace, more connection. These sessions offer a welcoming space to pause, take a breath, and reconnect with what matters most.

Each session includes:

  • A live talk on Zoom exploring a topic relevant to healing and self-awareness

  • Time for open questions and shared reflections

  • A short, guided meditative experience

  • A space to feel heard, understood, and supported — whoever you are, wherever you are on the journey
