Laurie Ferreri is a very knowledgeable instructor but even more importantly is a very calming and pleasing facilitator of this weekly meditation. I really look forward to the weekly meditation. Not only do I now have some new and very practical techniques but have a lovely group to meditate with. It is a joy to have a meditation mid-week which also gets me through the rest of the week. I highly recommend this weekly meditation to anyone who wants to join like-minded people to meditate. The techniques can be used on various levels: helping with the planet or helping oneself.

I have enjoyed Dr Jana Rentzel's meditation classes for the last year and have found them to be extremely beneficial. As a meditation teacher and facilitator, she is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient. I enjoy the structure of the classes allowing for students to ask questions and give feedback on their experience. Jana is very accommodating and encouraging and always welcomes discussion which is very helpful.

Decluttering with mindfulness has the appearance of being simply about decluttering your home, however, the deeper gift is in the decluttering of the mind that surfaces while undertaking the physical process of shifting our relationships to the things within our homes. Decluttering our homes mirrors this inner process. Sharing that journey with others shows us how alike we all are, for as each person shares their insights during the process, the others in the group learn something about themselves too. The magic of orderliness emerges through the wonderful guidance of Justine. The meditation is an added bonus. I highly recommend this life changing experience and journey.

Jana’s comments are always so noteworthy. She knows I am totally new to meditation, but is always very welcoming. Her meditations are meaningful at so many levels, and her voice throughout is soothing, calming and totally relaxing. I always look forward to her meditations.

I met Theresa and Greg via the Inward Bound Network. This opportunity came to me as an answer to my longing to understand and tame my anxious mind. I started like that but was given so much more. As I was working on healing myself I could see my relationships, of which some were very broken, starting to improve. And for that I'm eternally grateful. That is one of the reasons why I'm here, to learn how to be a better person and to be able to reach out to others and give them the love that I know I have in me.

Jana has a voice filled with joy that comes from the spirituality of her heart, whether she is talking to you in person or in her meditations. During her meditations, her voice sounds very spiritual and her quiet words draw you to a calming and spiritual place of your own. At the beginning of the meditation Jana makes conversation with the group and helps them to get to know one another and to feel comfortable. After the meditation Jana invites us to express our feelings from the meditation with one another. This too is a very positive feeling. I look forward to our Zoom meetings with Jana.,

Decluttering class- I look forward to this class every week. We all share our journeys in a safe compassionate environment. Justine helps us with any challenges that arise, with no pressure but to provide safe guidance with understanding and trust. I do have a way to go still but I am growing in confidence that I can get through this. Anyone that is struggling to decluttering their lives will enjoy this group!
