Loving Kindness in Action: A Path to Joy and Renewal
Awakening the Heart’s Natural Response to Life
Join our live online Loving Kindness event and discover how to nurture compassion, joy, and mindfulness this holiday season, with a guided meditation and a free digital booklet for all registrants.
In a world longing for connection and renewal, loving kindness offers a simple yet profound way forward — a way to restore balance, joy, and compassion in our lives and communities. Beyond belief or tradition, it speaks to something universal: the heart’s natural response to life and the quiet power we each hold to bring healing and understanding to our world.
A Gentle Space for Reflection
This one-hour live online gathering invites you to explore loving kindness as a living practice — a way of meeting life that uplifts both self and others. Even the smallest gestures — a kind word, a moment of patience, a breath before reacting — can bring calm and joy within and ripple outward in ways unseen.
Reconnect and Renew
As we move toward the holiday season — a time that can be both joyful and demanding — this gathering offers a chance to pause, reconnect, and renew the spirit. Together, we’ll explore how loving kindness helps us meet one another with presence, ease, and warmth.
Together, we’ll explore:
How the energy of Loving Kindness naturally unfolds from within
Simple ways to bring compassion and joy into everyday relationships
How small acts of kindness create lasting shifts in yourself and others
A guided Loving Kindness Meditation to nurture peace and connection

Greg Tzinberg
Greg Tzinberg
Greg’s journey began in the streets of West Hollywood, where early experiences of loss and change awakened a lifelong search for meaning. That search led him to the Vajrayana Buddhist path and to his teacher, Lucille, with whom he studied from 1976 until her passing in 1984. Over the decades, Greg has become a respected lay teacher in the Nyingma Lineage and the author of Bridge to Maitreya, a work that bridges Eastern wisdom and Western experience.
Alongside his spiritual work, Greg holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and has spent more than sixteen years helping teams and leaders in technology, manufacturing, and banking rediscover purpose, empathy, and connection in their work. Today, he teaches the practical path of awakening—how the simple act of living with Loving Kindness can restore balance, deepen understanding, and renew the heart’s natural joy.
Theresa Tzinberg
Theresa Tzinberg
Theresa Tzinberg is a long-time teacher of meditation, self-healing, and the Wisdom teachings, with more than 25 years of experience guiding others in the art of inner transformation. Her work is grounded in the living practice of Loving Kindness, expressed through mindfulness, forgiveness, and the deeply healing art of Ho’oponopono—a beautiful expression of Loving Kindness in action.
A qualified Teacher of the Wisdom and long-time student of Lucille Cedercrans and Denise Crundall, Theresa integrates these teachings with the compassionate heart of Buddhism. Her approach blends deep meditative work with practical tools for emotional release and renewal. Known for her calm and nurturing presence, she creates spaces where healing, clarity, and love naturally arise, and takes great joy in co-teaching with her husband, Greg Tzinberg, in classes and events dedicated to awakening the heart.
