Healing the Body with Ho’oponopono

In this recorded class we talk about how we can utilize the Ho’oponopono technique to help heal the body of discomfort, illness, pain, and other feelings that may be arising. The sounding of the Ho’oponopono mantra offers a powerful and transformative method to unlock and clean the emotions and memories that are stored within the cells of our body that are often the cause of pain, stress, illness, dis-ease, and even trauma in our day-to-day life.

Many of us get emotional around certain situations, times of the year, and circumstances. Often these seemingly unbidden emotional and stress-inducing experiences are the result of buried and suppressed emotions that are locked within us. Throughout our lives, we have experienced many traumas. Over all the years of our life, we have inhibited the full expression of our emotions, these suppressed emotions have become locked somewhere in our body as a memory and ultimately manifest as a physical symptom.

Through the application of forgiveness, love, and gratitude we are able to free ourselves from memories that have been created from past experiences. We can clear the blockages that have become the cause of our ill health, pain, and suffering. Gradually we become the radiant expression of the true nature of our being and begin to live life with a greater sense of freedom, health, and well-being.

At the conclusion of the talk, there is a 20-minute guided meditation offered to put into practice all that has been discussed.

Length: The duration of this class is 35 minutes, followed by a 20 minute meditation.
