This class is the part of a series exploring Lucille Cedercrans Schaible’s teachings on the Energy of Loving Kindness. Through these experiential classes, you’ll discover how you can actively make a difference in the world utilizing the power of Loving Kindness. It is through the energy and action of love and kindness that real transformative change takes place.

Class Details
Course Format: This class is part of the Path of Loving Kindness series. It includes 10 lessons taught over a 20-week period, with each lesson explored over two weeks. This extended time allows us to delve more deeply into the energy and practice of loving kindness through meditation, real-life application, and group discussion.
Classes will be held weekly online via Zoom.
Requirements: No prior experience is needed—just a heartfelt response or inner knowing that this journey is for you. Participants are encouraged to meditate daily, following the guided instructions in the lesson material.
Facilitator: Deb Weckesser is a seasoned meditator who gently weaves mindfulness into modern life, guiding others toward inner peace through meditation and the practice of Loving Kindness.
Cost: This course is offered by donation. The suggested donation is $108; however, everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of ability to pay.
