Sample Rainbow Terraces Meditation
This special meditation was taught by Paul Solomon who described it as the seven commitments to the Inner Light of Consciousness. He described the seven commitments ‘as a safe, productive experience every time you meditate.’
In the meditation, we visualize and sense the colour of each terraced garden on the mountain and move through each chakra in our energy system. Each level includes a commitment in which we release our past mistakes and renew our inner pledge to seek out and express the best that is within ourselves. Through this process we recognize and connect with our inner teacher or guiding presence and the deeper Purpose of our Being stands revealed to us.
