You are invited to explore this unique and dynamic meditation experience. We begin by mindfully becoming aware of our breath and connecting with all our senses. Then turning inward, we embark on an inner journey to experience the wisdom and truth of our inner being which is revealed as loving kindness.

In meditation, as we visualize and sense the colour of each terraced garden on the mountain, we move in conscious awareness through each chakra in our energy system. Each level includes a commitment in which we forgive and release our past mistakes and renew our inner pledge to seek out and express the best that is within ourselves. Through this process we recognize and connect with our inner teacher or guiding presence and the deeper Purpose of our Being stands revealed to us.

When we attain to the peak of the mountain, our awareness of stillness and contact with Presence continues to unfold. This special meditation was taught by Paul Solomon who described it as the seven commitments to the Inner Light of Consciousness. He described the seven commitments ‘as a safe, productive experience every time you meditate.’

Our intention when we do this meditation may be to transmute a reactive emotional habit or a pattern of negative thinking or we can surrender the experience to be utilized by our Inner Being for the purpose of realizing the highest benefit to ourselves and others. As we change ourselves the changes are reflected in our relationships with others, as we begin to evolve, we share the benefits with everyone in our lives.
