Many of us experience tension, discomfort, or symptoms in the body that seem to come and go. Often, we try to manage or push through—but what if there was another way? A way to approach healing that is gentle, reflective, and rooted in self-compassion.
In this live session, you’ll be introduced to a practice you can begin using right away— Ho’oponopono. A simple four-line mantra that can be spoken quietly to yourself, anywhere and anytime, to bring relief and restoration.
We’ll explore how this Hawaiian practice can be applied directly to the body, gently inviting release, renewal, and balance. You’ll also be guided in a live meditation to experience the technique for yourself.
Live on Zoom — Saturday, Oct 4 (USA) / Sunday, August 5 (AUS)
