Loving Yourself Meditation

Loving yourself meditation helps cultivate a deeper sense of self-love and self-acceptance by transforming those beliefs about ourselves that are holding us separate from love. In this guided meditation we utilise the ancient Hawaiian technique of Ho’oponopono – a mantra that is so simple to use, yet so powerful.

Loving yourself may seem very difficult, but you deserve to feel loved, especially to feel loved by yourself.

We begin this guided meditation with deep relaxation, utilising the breath to connect with the energy of love, and then allowing this energy of love to permeate every cell of our being with the inbreath, and then with the outbreath we release all of the negativity from our mind, our emotions and our body, we breath out all that resists the flow of Divine Love. In this space we are then able to be receptive to the healing and transformative power of the Ho’oponopono mantra, cleansing the memories that have caused us to feel shame and unworthiness, cleansing all of those beliefs about ourselves that have kept us separate from love.

As we sound the Ho’oponopono mantra, we see these mantric words spiralling through the heart as an energy, penetrating deep within the heart and flooding through the whole of the being, cleansing and purifying, allowing us to be forgiven by ourselves for having tturned away from our true authentic self, for having kept ourselves separate from Divine Love.

As you release yourself from the burden of the past you are drawn deeper into the heart of your being, into the very heart of loving kindness. The mantra draws you deeper and deeper, into the radiance of your divine self, providing an opportunity to experience the unconditional love of your Higher Spiritual Self, to become one with this divine aspect of your being, there is no separation, you are totally at one with your divine nature.

As we return from our meditation experience we allow the memory of this union with our own divinity to return to the subconscious, cleaning all of the memories of past experiences by imbuing them with the love of the Divine Self. Allowing this Divine Love to flow through the whole of the being, totally accepting all that you are - a most radiant spiritual being expressing through a human body. Loving Yourself for all that you are.
