In this in depth course I will share everything I’ve learned from my own decluttering journey and from helping many others declutter their homes.

Decluttering from the inside out can really make a beneficial difference in people’s lives. I want to give people the tools they need to realize these benefits and really free themselves from the burden and overwhelm of too much stuff in their homes, in their lives and habits.

 

Why I created this course on how to declutter

I created this course to equip people with what they need to confidently complete the task of decluttering their home. It is in depth and filled with what I have found works from my own decluttering journey and helping many others in their homes and in classes. It is a synthesis of sources from mindfulness, meditation, wisdom traditions, psychology and self development, body and energy practices as well as decluttering and minimalism.

Learn what to keep and what to let go off.

These days many people have difficulty putting the time aside to really focus on creating the positive changes they want in their lives. This is why the course includes an immersive whole weekend, in person experience. A mini retreat in beautiful healing surroundings where you can be nurtured and have the space to focus on your own needs.

Too often though, the difficulty is in bringing what you’ve learned and integrating it in your daily life in some meaningful way. This is why the course starts with an immersive in person workshop followed by weekly online coaching sessions. At every step I will share highly effective tools that we will practice applying as well as the necessary information and support to keep on track.

You will also learn a lot from the sharing of each others' experiences, group discussions and questions. It can be such a relief to know you are not alone in your clutter habits! Decluttering from the inside out can really make a beneficial difference in people’s lives. I want to give people the tools they need to realize these benefits and really free themselves from the burden and overwhelm of too much stuff in their homes, in their lives and habits. Real permanent change is possible. Anyone can learn the skills to be tidy and organized, having clutter is not a character flaw, there is nothing inherently wrong with you. Once you learn the tools of Decluttering with Mindfulness they can have much greater application in many areas of your life.

  • Tools to creatively work with self doubt, procrastination, overwhelm and other obstacles

  • Getting curious about what your clutter might be teaching you about yourself

  • Creating a clear positive vision of what you DO want - not just what you are wanting to get away from

  • Developing interoceptive body awareness and attuning to your own inner guidance to make  trustworthy decisions

  • How to change your relationship with your things so that everything you own is cherished and cared for and your home is a beloved sanctuary

Course Details

The course starts with an immersive weekend workshop held at the Inspirit Urban Retreat Center in Surrey Hills, Vic. After the weekend, there will be 4 weekly group coaching sessions held on Zoom. (Meetings will be recorded for those that are unable to attend.) The course will conclude with an in person workshop. To ensure your place please reserve your spot by completing the form below.
